Growing up in a small village in The Netherlands with a curious and inquisitive mind, I decided from an early age that I would travel the world. After more than 25 years of extensive travel and working abroad, I still love discovering places, meeting new people and listening to the stories they share with me.
As time went by, developing individuals and teams played an ever bigger part in my career. Leaving Visa Inc in 2013 gave me the opportunity to broaden my scope and add Executive Coaching and Team Development to the Training Consultancy services I already provided.
To this day, I continue to be inspired by the very different ways people do business and live their lives on this planet. At the same time, I have discovered how much we all have in common.
